Spicy Vegetable Masala Maggi Recipe

Ingredients
1. Maggi - 2 Nos
2. Maggi Masala Powder - 2 Nos (Extra can be added if more spicy taste is required)
3. Cabbage - 1 Cup
4. Beans - 1/2 Cup
5. Capsicum - 1/2 Cup
6. Carrot - 1/2 Cup
7. Tomato Sauce - 3 tbsp
8. Dark Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
9. Red Chilly Powder - 2 tbsp
10. Salt - 1/2 tbsp
11. Oil for Cooking
12. Water for Cooking
Procedure
Step 1:
Add water to cooking bowl (Medium) and bring it to boil. Add Maggi (dry) to the boiling water and let it cook for 2-3minutes. Once Maggi becomes soft, remove it from boiling water and add it to cold water and rinse twice.
Step 2:
Add oil to hot pan for cooking. Add chopped beans and fry for 1 minute. Add chopped carrot. Add capsicum. Add chopped cabbage and sauté well. Add salt to taste. You should add little water to make vegetables soft. Add Maggi masala, red chilly powder, tomato sauce and dark soya sauce. Once vegetables are fried properly in different sauces, add rinsed Maggi and mix well (at least 1 minute).
