Ingredients


1. Gram Flour - 150g
2. Onion - 3 Nos
3. Green Chilly - 6 Nos
4. Coriander - 1 Cup
5. Curry Leaves - 1/2 Cup
6. Baking Soda - 1 tsp
7. Oil for Cooking
8. Salt - 1 tbsp
9. Water for Mixing





Procedure


Step 1:
Add Gram flour to a mixing bowl (Medium size). Add Onion, Green Chilly, Coriander, Curry Leaves. Add salt for taste and add Baking soda. Mix well and add water accordingly to get a good smooth mixture (paste kind) of all the above ingredients.

Step 2:
Set burner on medium flame. Add oil to Kadhai (Medium size) for frying and heat it for 5-10min. Once heated, you can make small balls of the previously prepared mixture (Step 1) and drop it into hot oil. Fry the added balls on medium flame until you see them turning into golden brown color. Once they are fried well, put them to another plate/bowl and are ready to eat.

TIP: You can use paper towel to remove excess oil.

Crispy Onion Bonda is ready to eat.
