Bread Recipes For Snacks (BREAD MASALA)
Ingredients
1. Bread Slices - 5 Nos
2. Oil - 2 tbsp
3. Mustard Seeds - Little
4. Few Curry Leaves
5. Onion - 2 Nos
6. Green Chilly - 2 Nos
7. Tomato - 2 Nos
8. Garlic & Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
9. Salt - 1 tsp
10. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
11. Coriander Leaves for taste
Procedure
Step 1:
Slice Bread into small pieces. For better taste you can remove edges from bread slices.
Step 2:
Heat the pan and add oil for cooking. Add Mustard Seeds and Curry leaves.
TIP: Add butter (1 slice) for taste.
Add chopped Onions and stir well until chopped onions turn into golden yellow color. Add green chilly and chopped tomatoes. Add Ginger and Garlic paste for extra flavor. Add Salt and Turmeric powder and cook for 1-2 minutes until tomatoes become very soft. Add Bread pieces and mix well.
TIP: Add lemon juice for tangy taste.
