Ingredients


1. Apple Tomato - 6 Nos
2. Onion - 3 Nos
3. Curry Leaves for Taste
4. Oil - 2 tbsp
5. Red Chilly Powder - 1 tbsp
6. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
7. Salt - 1 tbsp
8. Sugar - 1 tbsp
9. Groundnuts - 2 tbsp
10. Coconut Flakes - 1/2 bowl
11. Water for cooking






Procedure

Step 1: 
Set the burner on medium flame. Add Groundnuts to medium size frying Kadai and roast for 1 min. Add Roasted Groundnuts, Coconut flakes, Water and grind well.

Step 2:
Heat kadai and add Oil, Chopper Onions, Curry Leaves and fry for 20-30sec. Add chopped Tomatoes and cook for 2-3min with lid closed. Once tomatoes are cooked well, add red Chilly powder, Salt, Sugar and Grinded Mixture from Step 1. Mix thoroughly for few minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix again.

Hot And Spicy Tomato Gojju Is Ready To Serve.
